I have got this running pretty well, for anyone interested, smooth 60fps. It runs at 5-15fps for about 1 minute and then everything comes right (loading assets I assume). I'm still getting the occasional crash, but otherwise totally playable:

Game version US 1.28
AMD 7900 XTX
AMD 7800X3D
Latest Nightly build
Window Size 1920x1080
Vblank divider 2
Readbacks enabled (Readback linear images disabled)
60fps patch with deltatime
I have two sys_module sets, but it only works with one (sorry can't confirm which version)
