If you downloaded the Game, updates and DLC from your jail broken PS4 it more than likely will not be in .PKG format.
Your DLC also will not be in .PKG format.
Because the Dev's discourage Piracy, they do not include PKG extractors in any releases.
When you obtain the correct, DLC format, from your PS4, in ShadPS4 in the settings, then Paths, add directory path where you will install all your DLC.
For game updates they should automatically be CUSAXXXXX-UPDATE, and in the same Folder all your games are installed.
If this doesn't make sense, go to the ShadPS4 Discord and ask in there.
Do not ask any piracy related questions in Discord.
ShadPS4 must not be used with pirated Games.
