Whenever I try a PKG file, shadps4 crashes.
If there is a fix i would love to know,

Same issue. Windows 11 23H2. Tried to install Bloodborne 1.0 package and it crashes. Start it back up again and Bloodborne is there but only 11.4mb. Launch it and it complains about Eboot.bin missing.
Also tried installing Sonic Mania PKG, software crashes, the install is a fraction of the size of the package and complains about missing Eboot.bin. I compiled diegolix29's latest 0.3.1 WIP and am running that

Edit2: So after a little searching it looks like my i7 3770K does not support the AVX2 instruction set, not sure how that factors in to extracting a PKG file but it might be the cause of my problem.
